Not Just a Victim Webinar

Becoming International, in collaboration with not-for-profit Speak Out Revolution invite you to join us for our ‘Not just a victim’ session.

People who have been bullied and harassed often feel helpless in the face of their circumstances.  We believe that no matter what you are going through, you are not just a victim.  You have agency, you have power and you have choice.  Whether you are currently feeling victimised, or you want to become an ally to victims, this session will provide you with techniques that help individuals to cope with ill-treatment and make active choices aligned to their values.

By joining this session, participants will be able to:
• Identify the different roles that people play in a bullying / harassment situation
• Describe the impact of bullying and harassment for the individual
• Use and share simple techniques to help the individual to have agency and choice in the bullying / harassment situation.
