The Becoming Journey is a new take on leadership and development for women. The programme is delivered as a high-quality, flexible, virtual learning journey with rich and interactive media and experiential virtual workshops.
Our coaching for women offers an individualised approach to development. Drawing on the theory of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, our coaching focuses on helping women to develop psychological flexibility in the face of their challenges and barriers.
Women’s networks are a powerful tool that have the potential to fundamentally shift the leadership of an organisation. We consult with organisations that are setting up or refreshing their women’s network, to help them set the purpose, grow the engagement and harness the impact.
Our consultancy projects help clients to address gender diversity as well as other equity and inclusion challenges. We consult with organisations to gain an in-depth understanding of their situation, and then develop solutions that are tailored to their needs.
