Safe Space: Vertical leadership development
Join us for our Safe Space Event on Vertical Leadership Development on Wednesday 15 October 2025, 1-2.30pm UK , if you are asking:

- What if leadership development actually transformed the way leaders think and grow?
This Safe Space event will explore vertical leadership development – a deeper and more transformative form of development that equips leaders to deal with complexity, ambiguity and paradox. It shifts the way a person sees the world, makes decisions and relates to their thoughts and emotions.
We’ll explore this topic in two sessions. In part one, on October 15th, we’ll explore:
- What is ‘vertical’ leadership development?
- How is it different to most leadership development that is offered?
- And why is vertical development essential for organisational and societal leadership?
In part two, in January 2026, we’ll continue the conversation by considering when vertical leadership is useful, and how organisations can offer it effectively.
