DESCRIPTION:\nThe Becoming Journey is a unique women’s leadership development programme for leaders who want to stand firmer and taller in the face of their challenges. Women will leave with a clear sense of their self-worth, their purpose and their potential impact on the world. In turn, participants leave the programme able to influence and lead in a way that facilitates change, inclusion and better outcomes for individuals, organisations and society.\n\n\nOur focus is on enabling women to address the organisational ( https://www.fawcettsociety.org.uk/news/fawcetts-2022-sex-and-power-index-reveals-that-less-than-13-of-uks-top-jobs-are-filled-by-women ) and personal barriers that typically interrupt or stall their career success.
